Hello All!

Exciting things coming up at Tri-Lakes TCRC:

Equine Business Management Series:

The University of Missouri Extension Centers would like to announce a Meeting for Equine Business Management. This series will cover record keeping: why to keep records, what type of records do you need and which recording systems will work best for you. The second session will cover Income Taxes: as they pertain to the Equine Business. The third session will cover the Business Plan: why do you need a business plan and the mechanics of putting one together. The fourth session will cover Legal Issues: Horse business liability and other issues of the legal nature. This series is going to be conducted by ITV in several locations across the state. The dates are March 3, 10, 17 and 24th. All Tuesday nights and will start at 7:00 PM and end at 9:00 PM.

The Cost of this series will be $80.00.

The presenters for this series will be: James Thompson, Agriculture Business Specialist, MU Extension from Laclede County, Mick Gilliam, Business and Industry Specialist, MU Extension from Phelps County and Dr Stephen F.
