Ribbon cutting ceremony~

Tri-Lakes TCRC, SCORE and the Branson Chamber of Commerce will host a ribbon cutting ceremony to kick off use of the TCRC by SCORE counselors to serve area citizens, the event will be held from 3 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., Tuesday, December 1 at Tri-Lakes TCRC, located in the south wing of Reeds Spring High School on Hwy 413 in Reeds Spring, Mo. Refreshments will be served.

Given the state of the economy, this joint effort between Tri-Lakes TCRC, SCORE and the Branson Chamber of Commerce, to foster and promote economic development in the Tri-Lakes area is coming at exactly the right time and Tri-Lakes TCRC is very pleased to be able to support this effort.

Tri-Lakes TCRC will provide space for counseling sessions and meetings, space for promotional materials, a book case for resource materials/publications, and notices in their promotional emails. The Branson Chamber of Commerce will develop a marketing program promoting SCORE as a resource for entrepreneurial counseling and will distribute SCORE promotional materials. They will include a listing for SCORE in their Weekly Flash Fax and calendar. Both the Branson Chamber of Commerce and Tri-Lakes TCRC will provide a link on their websites to the SCORE website where people can go to schedule counseling sessions and will forward requests for counseling to SCORE.

SCORE will provide free counseling and training personnel for individual counseling and scheduled programs. Four SCORE members, Tom Keohan, Dick Erickson, Nicholas Weinsaft, and John Sanford, located in the Branson area will be assigned to support this collaborative program with each Wednesday of the month as a scheduled day for counseling.
